High quality, lower cost healthcare is truly a conundrum, it’s a fallacy, there is no commonsense equivocation. It’s ludicrous to the highest degree. Healthcare is not a right, yet those with the perpetual outstretched hand are out there banging the drum for national healthcare coverage, socialized medicine, to pass and be implemented. The old saying that misery loves company is true, the destruction of the best healthcare system in the world will reduce us, the U. S. to the miseries sustained by Canada, the U. K. and others. Prepare yourselves for long waiting lines, substandard treatment, receiving medicine approved by some government pinhead (that couldn’t get a job in the private sector), as opposed to what your personal doctor would recommend. Certain imagery testing will be eliminated, this move is already under consideration and has been in the news. In some cases lifesaving treatment will be denied because the government will decide it is just to expensive, decisions being made by some knot head “Gate Keeper” based on liability vs. asset for the sake of the bottom line. If you think emergency waiting rooms are long and oppressive now just wait, you haven’t seen anything yet, you’ll think the worst you’ve ever experienced to date was a walk in the park. When one of your elderly loved ones has been denied lifesaving treatment, or placed in a waiting period they will never reach, the realization will finally set in, the cost for what was lost has now become a cruel burden. People requiring healthcare now, who come here from Canada and elsewhere, WHERE will they go? WHERE will we go? It will be to late. This experiment in socialism will be seen for the disaster it really is. WHY do you think other countries are repelling from it? WHY are we going towards it?
