Well folks what’s going to happen now? What’s going to happen to this country? What is the future going to look like for our grandchildren and beyond? These crazy fools in the House and Senate actually voted for this glittering jewel of colossal ignorance called a health care bill. We have the ignorantly described Global Warming Treaty coming up in a few weeks in Copenhagen, you just know our fool in chief will sign this countries sovereignty away. Lord Christopher Monckton stated that our Constitution will become null and void, the cost to our country in money and freedom is incalculable. Now there will be debates in the Senate, they say, before the health care bill goes to Conference, where they can write anything into it, on its way to
the so-called president to sign. This bill, if and when passed, will cost this country, as reported on Fox News, 3 TRILLION DOLLARS, it will give incredible power to the government over every aspect of our lives, explain that to your grandchildren when they get older. The bill is full of long words and exhaustive idioms to hide the reality of their declared aims. Hold on, that isn’t all. Watch with dread as the next thing to come up will be immigration / amnesty. The alphabet channels keep saying 12 million, that number never seems to change even though this country is being invaded 24 hours a day. I heard a more realistic figure a couple weeks ago, 40 million democrats to be.
Our very existence as a country is slipping away; is reverence for the Constitution and Declaration of Independence beginning to fade as well? Is this our destiny? God forbid! There is an old maxim that if one repeats a lie often and loud enough, it will eventually be perceived as the truth. This is exactly what the thugs in Washington have been doing, telling convincing lies over and over, a mantra of deceit. Adolf Hitler said in his 1925 autobiography, “Mein Kampf,” that a big lie must be so “colossal” that the public would be confident that no national leaders “could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously.” Our Congressmen and Senators who took an oath to uphold the Constitution, who know the truth and have the opportunity to tell it, but who nonetheless refuse to, are among the most shameful of all creatures.
Our respect as a world power has taken a nose dive, we are beginning to be laughed at around the world. We have a Navy with power without compare and we are held off by pirates in small boats. We fight wars almost as though our end game is to lose, what could be finished in weeks takes years. We have a president that can’t send troops when requested by generals on the ground. The worlds dictators are watching very closely, we are becoming prey.
The dollar is becoming almost worthless, our economy is in the toilet, have you noticed how little you buy anymore at the grocery store as food prices continue to escalate? I know I have to be careful what I buy, I never use to.
The illegal immigration problem is bringing with it an increase in crime and people who have no desire to assimilate into our culture, further dividing and weakening our country.
Our taxes are going up, look at the state. Remember how the mayor of Salinas and his rubes on the city council tried to increase the sales tax to bring into the city an extra cool 20 million? There was no care how it would affect the citizens who, many of which are unemployed, those who are on a fixed income, etc, no, the only thing that mattered was their wants and desires for an ever growing, more expensive, municipality. Tax cuts are treated as a vulgarism. The fact that rising taxes are like chains on the public is a matter of no consequence to government authority.
Sometimes I feel like I’ve been rode hard and put up wet trying to get people to think, not to accept the blatant lies they are being fed, but to do the research necessary to allow the light of truth to shine. I know everyone is busy with their daily lives, trying to get the bills paid, food on the table, clothes for the kids, etc. etc. My wife and I had four sons and they ate constantly, their mouths opened when they got up and didn’t seem to close until they went to bed, then they would get up at night for a snack. When it came time for getting ready for the school year what one had to have times four was the rule, everything was times four. My wife and I had our full time jobs plus part time employment for the weekends. That situation was very difficult and exhausting, now with the higher taxes, higher cost for food, you name it, added to the unemployment percentage escalating, combined with the fact that our city, county, state and federal governments are systematically destroying the middle class, the situation has become even more difficult. What is left in the wake?…Poverty and hardship for all if this downward spiral isn‘t stopped.
Our ultimate condition is being hastened by those pursuing their own evil ends and that is the destruction of Capitalism, our representative form of government, our Constitution and Declaration of Independence. No outside force could ever manage this, but our country has been infected with the scourge of liberalism/socialism, like a disease, our founding documents are being ignored and trivialized, our children are being dumbed down through our public schools, they are graduating with ignorance darkening their minds where there is no light of understanding. Our representative, republican form of government is under severe attack as socialism and all the other ism’s of the world unite to put the greatness of this country on the dustbin of history, leaving in its wake other ism’s, absolutism, atheism, immoralism, communism. The end result, tyranny.
What happened to my country; I woke up like “Rip Van Winkle” and it was gone? Remember, when small men begin to cast big shadows, it means that the sun is about to set.

How can there possibly be liberty and justice for all, when, in the name of justice, people claim rights to income, food, housing, education, health care, transportation, ad infinitum? Positive rights to receive such things, absent an obligation to earn them, must violate others’ liberty, by taking some of their income without their consent. They are really just wishes, convertible into benefits for some only by employing the government to violate others’ rights not to have what is theirs taken.
Lets stop kicking the can down the road and bring this to an end before I begin to feel like someone stomped a mud hole in me and walked it dry... I’ll begin by quoting something I once read from Galileo Galilei followed by Alexander Tyler, “I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason and intellect has intended us to forgo their use.”
