A lesson from history comes to mind

With consideration of all that has been happening in this country through the Obama administration, with the help of his aids, like Pelosi, Reed, Boxer, Feinstein, Kennedy, Farr, etc, in their conquestrial attempts to nullify this countries Constitution, I find the following column very interesting.

Hitler cemented his power as a result of the Reichstag fire. This fire, which destroyed the building that housed the German Parliament, was blamed on a Communist patsy (the “wrong” type of leftist). The fact that Nazi storm troopers helped to start and spread the fire was covered up. Hitler used the fire as an excuse to enact Draconian laws, ostensibly to protect the German people.

I think that we need to be prepared for a modern-day version of the Reichstag fire.

Did you notice how the fascist-left did everything but throw rose petals under Iranian President Ahmadinejad’s feet when he visited the U.S.? Did you notice how Iran shut down the internet when the people’s uprising got too large? Perhaps you’ve noticed the chummy relationship between the Far-Left and Islamic radicals.

I look at the SEIU and ACORN “brownshirt” thugs. I look at the current effort to stifle and silence conservative talk radio. I look at the connections between SEIU, ACORN, Apollo Alliance, and all of the other numerous hidden, and not so hidden groups. I look at the push to have ACORN “assist” in taking the 2010 census.

I look at the zealous “tunnel vision” with which the Obama Administration attempted to make an insanely expensive “health” care bill, into a national law. This bill would have put an enormous amount of power in the hands of government—and stolen it away from the hands of the people.

I look at their criminal misuse of taxpayer dollars, and their blithe willingness to burden us with more taxes. I look at their almost total disregard for the colossal debt America has accumulated. I look at the way the White House has gained access to everyone’s email address.

I look at Obama’s association with unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers, and his twenty year relationship with Jeremiah “God Damn America” Wright. I look at Obama’s time spent as a community organizer, and I look at their “bible,’ Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals.”

I look at these, and other signs, and I don’t find an Obama “Reichstag fire” at all farfetched. In fact, I think it’s not only possible, but probable.

Imagine this scenario: A terrorist attack on the U.S. takes place. There may be an Islamic “patsy,” or not. Regardless, the Obama Administration uses the attack as an excuse to enact wholesale repressive laws. Fox News goes off the air. The internet, newspapers, and radio programs are all shut down—except for propaganda outlets, of course. And on it goes…

Too farfetched? Too “out there”? Boy, I hope so. I’d love nothing more than to be proven a “Chicken Little” about this. But the Far-Left’s history, pathological psychology, and their “the end justifies the means” attitude, cause me to suspect the worst.

All of which leads me to ask this question: Would it be better to take care of the situation that we find ourselves in, before the “Reichstag fire,” or after?

You need to ask yourself this: Have certain individuals in Congress and in the Judicial and Legislative branches of government, provided sufficient evidence to justify their being brought to trial for treason against the United States, during a time of war?

I’m not just talking about the Obama Administration, but also every one of the arrogant Capitol Hill crooks, cranks, and clowns, such as “House Madame” Pelosi, Barbara “Call Me Senator” Boxer, and Barney “Trust Me!” Franks.

Yes, I realize that the Republican Party is not pure as the driven snow, but they’re not the ones currently running the show in Washington D.C.

Does criminally irresponsible mismanagement of public funds, disregard for the Constitution, and attempts to rob the American people of their freedom, prove sufficient grounds for legal action to be taken?

I think so, and I suggest that we take action, before the “Reichstag fire.”

I only hope that there are enough patriotic Americans still left in positions of power, who are clear-sighted enough, and courageous enough, to do what needs to be done. While they still can.
