Crawfish Pie

Crawfish Pie Recipes

Crawfish pie is one of my all time favorite Cajun foods. If someone else would cook it, I would easily eat it every day. The dish is so famous that Hank Williams made a song to celebrate it! That should convince you to learn how to cook crawfish pie, or to at least attempt it. Since we all love pies, and Cajuns love crawfish ( as well as anyone else that decides to finally try them), crawfish pie combines the best of both worlds in a hearty meal that can fill anyone up pretty quickly.

CRAWFISH PIE RECIPES
Of all of the Cajun recipes, crawfish pie recipes can be one of the toughest ones to perfect. Many crawfish pie recipes are not exact, and we always have to change a little here and there to make it come out just right. The same can be said for these crawfish pie recipes. Feel free to experiment with them until you make it perfect. If you do come up with any great hints, or better crawfish pie recipes, will you email them to us? Enjoy!
