What motivates you?
What motivates us to excel at work? What motivates us to have hobbies? Why do
you do anything at all? Conventional wisdom has some clear answers. We work
hard to get paid. We play the guitar to impress our friends. We want rewards
for our efforts. That makes sense. But it's also wrong most of the time. So,
what is it that really motivates us?

PS: In my opinion, many of our school dropouts are caused by lack of
challenge.
