I hear on the news that in the upcoming election the Republicans may pick up a few seats, and they talk of the upcoming election in Massachusetts, hoping the Republican candidate can pull it off. Hearing things like, we may pick up a few seats, just burns me to no end. If the people of this country don’t get out and vote in droves to replace those responsible for the heartbreak this country is going through and let it be known that we are not going to tolerate this any longer then we deserve what we get. We are no longer the country our founding fathers envisioned.

Over the last and previous years the daily news has been filled with incredulous stories, one unbelievable thing after another happening in this country. Everything has been happening so fast the credible news outlets have had to bundle them altogether, almost like scrambled eggs, as a result much of it will not be remembered or in the maze of reports, will go unnoticed. During the previous administration our borders went unfenced, oh there was the occasional chatter, some on the “Floor,” some during the presidential campaign, but our borders are still as porous as a sieve. This country is being invaded 24 hours a day and nothing is being done about it except for Sheriff Joe Arpaio, of Arizona, and he is being persecuted for it.

There was talk of the “NAU,” North American Union. President Bush, when he went to Mexico, was reported as having signed with the Mexican president and the president of Canada that this was to come about. Remember the trucks from Mexico being allowed into this country? Remember the concern? This was all spelled out on the government website but no one in the mainstream media was willing to talk about it, so, much of the public didn’t believe it, even though the government website was there for all to read. The thought of virtually eliminating our borders was a concept to great to swallow. The talk of replacing our currency was hailed by many as being ridiculous.

To me BO is a dictator in the making, he constantly keeps pushing the envelope, seeing just how far he can go before our Capitalist, Republican, Representative form of government is toppled over the edge to be replaced with the scum of socialism.

Remember how Obama released some carefully chosen top-secret memos regarding "enhanced interrogation" techniques used to interview a few al-Qa'ida?

Remember how BO outlawed water-boarding and the closing of Gitmo, bringing prisoners here, granting them the same rights as a U. S. citizen? He reemphasized the coming closure last week.

Remember this? BO said, while speaking with Mr. Medvedev, they would complete the binding nuclear arms reduction treaty by the end of this year, 2009, that would reduce nuclear warheads to between 1,500 and 1,675, down from about 2,200, and lower the number of missiles capable of delivering warheads to between 500 and 1,100, down from 1,600, within seven years - the lowest agreed-to limits in the two nations' dealings.

BO’s eligibility has always been in question, but when ever brought up the person asking the question was/is scoffed at and ridiculed, so BO goes merrily on his way with no authority willing to make him prove his eligibility to hold the office of president, in spite of the numerous lawsuits. "It is interesting that when we go to court challenging Obama's eligibility, I experience such a déjà vu, like I am in the communist Soviet Union again,” Dr. Orly Taitz said. "I feel, my God, I am back in a totalitarian regime. I'm shocked by the total and complete idiocy of those judges who come up with such idiotic excuses about why they refuse to sign a subpoena – something so basic to their jobs – to get his records.” So this maniac, this imposter, as deeply over his head as though sitting on the ocean floor, keeps making and pushing policies that adversely affect everyone of us . "The worst thing you can ever do is be scared in the face of evil,” Dr. Taitz said. "Never be too scared to stand tall and speak up.”

Remember Obama's proposed brigade of youth organizers?

America is poised to jettison 220 years of a free market system called capitalism, in favor of the tried and failed system of socialism under BO, Pelosi, Reid, Feinstein, Boxer, Farr, Murtha and a host of others who have snaked their way into political seats of power, saying, with deceiving rhetoric, what the itching ears of their electorate want to hear in order to be elected.

The stimulus packages that have placed our grandchildren’s grandchildren into unbelievable debt; for what? For nothing!

Private industry being taken over by government and private individuals being fired from their positions by the BO group.

The seemingly countless czars answerable only to BO, not to Congress, not vetted by Congress, simply assigned by BO. How do you like the School Czar and his ideas for children?

Then there is the global warming fiasco by the fools in Washington with Al Gore and others pushing it around the country/world for financial gain. I believe God shoved their stupidity in their faces at Copenhagen with all the snow, not to mention the freezing temperatures around this country and the reported snowfall. Our idiot in Chief still was in Copenhagen to speak on global warming, I forgot, it’s called climate change now.

Then there is the hideous healthcare bill with the voluminous pages (compare it to our Constitution) the Obama bunch is trying to force down everyone’s gagging throat, giving the government fantastic authority that would repulse our founding fathers.

All the so-called innocuous things heard in the news, their like individual cells, innocent, innocuous by themselves, but one added to the other, then another and another until a body is being formed, a body with teeth that will bite us all if not destroyed. 2010 is an election year, we must get out in force and vote these bum’s out of office, it’s well past time to clean house. You see in the news that vial people like Dodd are stepping down, there are others, some republicans as well; why? They don’t want the humiliation of experiencing a resounding defeat and the democratic party needs new faces that they can promote and control to further push their socialistic polices forward.

We have a president, that in less then a year, has spent more then all presidents throughout our history put together.

BO has traveled more in a shorter period of time then any other president and has spent much of his time, when not bowing in submission, being apologetic for the so-called terrible past acts of the great and terrible U. S. A.

Remember the security force that Obama wants that will be as well funded as the military, does that ring a bell for something that happened years ago? Hitler had the same idea.

Social Security is all but, if not bankrupt.

Medicare is all but, if not bankrupt and they want to cut $580. billion from it for their health care scheme.

President Bush’s “Tax Cuts” are about to sunset, the opposite of this will be a tax increase for all of us.

Socialism is creeping over this country like a death cloud. Our “Founding Documents” are steadily being pushed to the side, with the intent of forcing them into the dust bin of history while the country watches, as though viewing a parade, except the participants in this parade are the Constitution, our Declaration of Independents, our rights as U. S. citizens, with Uncle Sam bringing up the rear. When the parade is over these participants will have become a footnote in history, it will be our collective fault. When our posterity looks back on this time, if nothing is done to correct our downward spiral, I’m sure this period will be looked upon with disdain.

Something to think about. "Rule of law"? Everything the Obama administration has done and plans to do is an affront to constitutional Rule of Law.

I’ll close with this quote by Thomas Jefferson.

"To take a single step beyond the boundaries thus specially drawn around the powers of Congress [in the Constitution], is to take possession of a boundless field of power, not longer susceptible of any definition."
